IN-HOME ALZHEIMER'S AND DEMENTIA CARE THAT'S LOVING AND SAFE

If someone you love is suffering from Alzheimer's or dementia, caring for them is demanding and worrisome. It can take a toll on your own physical and emotional well-being. That's where In-Home Angels can help.

We will work with you to create a customized home care plan that changes as your loved one's needs change. Our experienced caregivers will provide the right level of individual care and support at each stage of memory loss. We focus on what your loved one is still able to do, not what they can no longer do. We want you to celebrate the "good days" while we manage the "bad days".

In Memory and Honor of

Marilyn Morrow

Alzheimer's is a horrible disease. I had to watch as it took over my Great Aunt Marilyn Morrow's life. This was an amazing woman that helped my mother raise my siblings and I, we were a close knit family.

My aunt was there for everything in my life. She watched me grow into a woman and have a child of my own. Then I started to notice a major change in her behavior, she was confused, agitated, and forgetful. I was severely concerned so I took her to see the doctor.

One of the first things they asked me is if Alzheimer's runs in the family. I had heard stories and knew her father had Alzheimer's but did not know the extent of it. The doctor was certain that she had Alzheimer's with Dementia. After the diagnosis, my aunt needed full time care ,and a daily medicine regime.

I stopped working to care for her. I watched a strong independent woman slowly decline emotionally, physically, and most importantly mentally. Watching someone you love and respect lose themselves and completely forget who you are is devastating.

Alzheimer's takes so much from the one who is diagnosed and from their loved ones. I empathize with so many families that have to go through this. My Great Aunt Marilyn Morrow survived five years with Alzheimer's. In caring for her I learned how to help care for many others with the same diagnoses.

In-Home Angels LLC is here to offer the physical and emotional support families need when caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia.
